The Greer Companies is a commercial real estate development company, offers hospitality management, and is a franchisee of casual dining and hotel chains, including Cheddar’s Casual Café, and Marriott and Hilton hotels. The Company also provides Hospitality Management Services from training and consulting to management operating partnerships. Currently, the Greer Companies employs nearly 2,500 people and operates in seven states. The Executive Officers are Phil Greer, Lee Greer, Steve Pottinger, Bill Kirk and Cathy Fuller.
