Phil Greer.
Mr. Greer is the Chief
Executive Officer for Greer Companies under which multiple
real estate and restaurant businesses are managed. The
many businesses managed as part of the Greer Companies is
the result of his approximately 40 years of real estate
development projects in the area of retail, hotel,
restaurant and residential development projects. Mr. Greer
has significant expertise in the restaurant industry as a
former franchisee of Shoney’s and Fazoli’s restaurants and
a current franchisee of Cheddar’s Casual Café’s. Mr. Greer
is also a franchisee operator of several hotels which are
flagged under Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Best
Western and Fairfield Inn. Mr. Greer is a 1969 graduate of
University of Kentucky. He earned his degree in health,
physical education and recreation. He holds a masters
degree from Georgetown College and earned his rank II from
Eastern Kentucky University. He taught at Tates Creek High
School from 1969 – 1987 and coached teams to six state
championships in football, wrestling and tennis. |

Lee Greer.
Mr. Greer is the President of
Greer Companies and has extensive knowledge in the
restaurant and real estate industries. Prior to joining
Greer Companies, Mr. Greer was a Co-founder and the
Executive Vice President of iVisionary, a venture capital
fund and strategic services firm specializing in
technology and biosciences. Prior to joining iVisionary,
he was a senior analyst at Merrill Lynch in New York, a
global Investment Banking firm. His work was used to close
landmark deals including the $5.3 billion Initial Public
Offering of UPS, and the attempted $11.8 billion
acquisition of US Airways Group by UAL Corporation. Mr.
Greer is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at
the University of Virginia, where he earned a B.S. in
Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management
Information Systems.

Stephen H. Pottinger, ESQ.
Mr. Pottinger is
Executive Vice President for restaurant operations a
position he has held since 1995. Mr. Pottinger has over 25
years experience in the restaurant business and is one of
the founding members with the Greer Companies Cheddar’s
Casual Café franchise which began in 1995. In addition to
Mr. Pottinger’s extensive restaurant experience he is
involved with a number of successful business ventures in
the areas of real estate and business services. Prior to
joining Greer Companies Mr. Pottinger practiced corporate
law with a particular focus on employment law. Mr.
Pottinger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
from the University of Louisville and a J.D. Law degree
from the Thomas Cooley Law School.

Donald F. Vittitow C.P. A.
Mr. Vittitow is
Chief Financial Officer for Greer Companies a position he
has held since 2009. Mr. Vittitow has served in executive
management positions for both publicly and privately held
companies. Prior to joining Greer Companies, from 1998
through 2009, Mr. Vittitow served in various executive
positions with Office Suites PLUS lastly being Chief
Financial Officer. Office Suites PLUS is an executive
office suite provider and commercial office space
developer. From 1995 through 1998, Mr. Vittitow served in
various executive positions with Studio Plus Hotels, a
publicly traded hotel company, lastly as Vice President
and Controller. Mr. Vittitow was employed by Coopers &
Lybrand LLP, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, from 1991 until
1995. Mr. Vittitow holds a Bachelor of Science in
Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a
Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of
corporate and public accounting experience.
